Boudoir photography is the sexy new trend in wedding, bridal and portrait photography. Boudoir photographs are beautiful and tastefully done sexy portraits, usually given as a gift from a wife to husband, girlfriend to lover, or bride to groom. Boudoir photos can be shot at home, in a photographer’s studio or in luxury hotel suites. In recent years, this new trend in photography has begun to gain momentum.

Boudoir Photography is usually taken wearing lingerie, underwear and other revealing outfits. They can be taken clothed, partly clothed or they can also be taken as implied nudes wherein the woman is nude but nothing is showing, for example, covering the breasts with hands or shots from the back.

Bridal boudoir photography in particular is gaining in popularity. Brides often want to create an album of tasteful boudoir style photographs made as a present for their groom. These are a perfect “for his eyes only” wedding day gift for a groom, but you don’t need to be a bride to do this.
